the fye store at broad and chestnut has the worse customer service i have ever seen in any retail store. they ignore you as they have personal conversations, they have one person working the cash register during really busy hours, they leave you standing in front of the store waiting to get your bag checked, or to pick it up after shopping, and a few of the employees are very rude too. where is the corporate office?
