One FYE-nal thought! (cheesy huh)
Girls, this is my final thought for the night...One thing that I do before bed every night(after the kids get to bed)... is turn off the tv, light a candle or two, and start to stretch my tired muscles out. This is so relaxing and it releases all of the day's stress and tension from your body and mind! Take slow deep breaths as you do this and try to not think about ANYTHING! After doing this for about 10-15 min. take a moment to meditate, or pray. I promise you that you will feel so much better! A good, yummy book doesnt hurt either! Sweet dreams!
